Olagunju’s depiction of a united family are dressed in a stylish Yoruba clothing. The head  of the family “baale” is dressed in danshiki Sanyan woven fabrics and sokoto with a brilliantly colourful cap worn by Yoruba hunters and warriors as an indication of his will to defend his family. This work depicts what is required of every family, society,  community; people and nation for the common good of humanity.
 
Bold lines, thick lips, bulged eyes and mouths is a style common to Yoruba motifs. The woven fabrics are aso-oke and adire Oshogbo textiles.
